Position Listing

Sales Assistant

The Inside Sales Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the sales team through product research, customer communication, quote preparation, order processing, and project coordination. This position requires someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Leads with day-to-day account management.

  • Source promotional products and obtain supplier pricing.

  • Communicate with clients regarding quotes, orders, artwork, and project updates.

  • Create professional sales presentations and product proposals.

  • Prepare accurate customer quotations.

  • Follow up on outstanding quotes to increase sales conversion opportunities.

  • Process sales orders and coordinate production details.

  • Help maintain CRM records and ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and communicate recommendations to the Account Lead.

  • Assist in developing creative ideas for email marketing campaigns and promotional flyers.

  • Provide account coverage for team members during vacations or absences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or sales support.

  • Experience in the promotional products, printing, marketing, or branded merchandise industry is a plus.

  • Experience with CRM software, ERP systems, or order management platforms is preferred but not required.

Outside Sale Representative

Dei Rossi Marketing is adding to its team of rock-star promotional product sales professionals.  We are seeking an A-Player, self-starter with high energy, impeccable organizational skills and a desire to drive their brand.  The Sales Executive will be responsible for new business development, joining and attending networking groups and events, following up with leads, and building their own book of business through identifying appropriate prospects and cementing new relationships and opportunities.

Dei Rossi provides a unique best in class CRM system that touches all aspects of the sales cycle.  This partnered with the company’s reputation for outstanding service, and a network of creative outlets will help ensure the success of new team members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to – prospecting for new clients through cold calling, attending networking events, cultivating assigned house accounts, and marketing yourself to development network.  New business development is a must for this sales position as the right candidate will be responsible for building their own book of business.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of sales experience - promotional product industry knowledge a plus

  • 2+ year in a hunter/prospecting/new business development role

Customer Service Representative

Dei Rossi Marketing is expanding its sales support team and seeks a focused and detail-oriented individual for the Customer Service Representative role.  The CSR will work with sales representatives and support staff to ensure correct and timely order delivery.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: using cutting edge, web-based platform to generate and send purchase orders and client communications, recording order updates and progress in job tracking log, and following up with members of sales team to gather information on open orders.  The CSR will routinely communicate with vendors and respond to general inquiries via email and phone.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Consistently maintains attention to detail while multitasking

  • Ability to prioritize fluctuating assignments and tasks

  • Takes initiative to address recurring and new challenges

  • Clearly communicates updates and order status to clients and sales representatives
